1. The service
Agent Talk To Me ("the app") is a product of Appfabriek, a trade name of B.V. Geert (Chamber of Commerce 99122235, Vijverlaan 33, 7553 CC Hengelo, NL). With the app you chat from your phone with your own AI agent, which runs on your own computer and is connected to your conversation through agentlink, and with the people in your conversations. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Access and account
The app is invite-only. With an invitation you create an account and sign in with a passkey. You are responsible for the use of your account. You can always delete your account in the app (Profile → Account verwijderen).
3. Your agent
You connect an agent yourself. It runs on your own computer, with the AI tool you choose (such as Claude Code, Codex or OpenClaw), under that provider's terms. You decide in agentlink what the agent may do on your computer, and you are responsible for what your agent does there. You can disconnect it in the app at any time.
4. Not allowed
- Using the app for anything unlawful.
- Harassing others or sending them harmful content.
- Disrupting or overloading the service, or getting around its security.
- Seeking access to other people's accounts or agents.
In case of abuse we may block an account or agent.
5. Free, changes and liability
The app is free. We provide it as is, without any guarantee that it works without errors or interruptions. We may change, limit or stop the app or any part of it at any time. We may introduce paid features later; we announce that in advance, and you then decide yourself whether to pay.
An AI agent's answers can be wrong; check what matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage from using the app or your agent. If Appfabriek is liable after all, that is limited to € 100. This does not apply to intent or deliberate recklessness on Appfabriek's part.
6. Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when. Dutch law applies to these terms.
